Add to your morning routines a good glass of water – preferably warm – with a slice of lime – if preferred – to refresh your bread, and add vitamin C to your organism.

Start off your day with the right foot by planning the perfect waking up schedule.
If you wake up early enough to get some exercises done, to eat your breakfast at peace, to set your daily goals, and do your gratitude practice before rushing to your car or subway to get to work, your overall mood and energy will improve and will help you to become more productive at work, and in the rest of the day.

#10 Practice a healthy sleeping schedule
Instead of binge-watch streaming series or checking your latest friend updates on the social networks, you could try to establish a healthy sleeping schedule of at least 7 hours per night to contribute to improving your mood and energy levels for the next day.
Sleeping well will improve your cognitive functions, give you extra energy, improve your overall mood, make you feel more focused and sharp for the task of the day, and aid to improve stress and anxiety symptoms, plus many more (7).
